As part of the „Architects play for WOŚP” campaign, we invite you to an auction – a guided tour of the building of the National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice for 2 people.
It will be held with the authors of the project – Tomasz Konior and Dominik Koros. The meeting will be followed by a joint coffee, during which the architects will talk about the secrets of designing objects for music and other Konior Studio projects.

The NOSPR organ is the last stage of the construction of the seat of the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice. Despite the huge scale of the building within the building, the 105-voice instrument, made of nearly a million elements, harmonizes with the interior of the Great Concert Hall through the organ prospectus located centrally behind the stage, designed by KONIOR studio. The NOSPR organ one of the largest instruments in Europe. For us, it is the culmination of dreams about the implementation of a project whose history began in 2008 with a won international competition. The inaugural concert will take place on Friday, January 13, 2023. Rehearsals of the orchestra and invited stars are underway. The work composed especially for this event will be performed. The author is Maestro Esa-Pekka Salonen, who will personally conduct the first performance. The soloist will be the world-famous organist Iveta Apkalna. The last task is behind us: choosing the lighting for the room with the new instrument in the lead role. More than 100 objects have been collected for the charity auction „Friends of the Ludwig van Beethoven Association for the benefit of Prof. Zbigniew Wawr”, which will be held in both stationary and non-stationary form, on Saturday, December 17 at 4 pm at the DESA Auction House in Cracow. The auction has been organized to benefit Prof. Zbigniew Wawr, director of the Royal Lazienki Museum in Warsaw, who has been struggling with a serious illness for many years.

Modernization of the National Library in Warsaw designed by Konior Studio in the Property Design Awards 2023 competition.
The realization was qualified for the next stage and nominated in the Interior Design – Public Facilities category.

Tomasz Konior spoke on a panel about sustainable construction during the two-day climate conference preceding the UN Climate Summit.

We have won the SARP International Competition for the New Campus of the Krzysztof Penderecki Academy of Music in Kraków.

The furniture design by Konior Studio included four, different models adapted to all levels of the auditorium and boxes in one of the most beautiful theatre halls in Poland.
