Town Hall - an important object in the city's landscape.
The quality of the place is determined by the relationship between the building and the environment, the interior’s space and the characteristic courtyard.
Street, pavement, arcade, courtyard, entrance hall - the designed sequence between the city and the town hall building emphasizes the signifocance of the place, at the same time intrigues and invites the user to enter and explore the place.
The whole pretends to be the new symbol of the city. Timeless patterns, durability of matter are values which build the rank of a strong and expressive and at the same time simple and elegant edifice. Embedded in tradition, contemporary in form and technical solutions.
